Overview:

Here, a mask was output from CCP4i-DM phase improvement routine.  The mask is first expanded around a model and then it is converted through Mapman for use in "O".  Two scripts below:  one for the mapmask/mapman functions; the second a macro used by "O" that includes the setup and contouring commands necessary to read it in.
